- Early check-in is available for free-of-charge
and subject to availability
- Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for
free-of-charge if we do not have other guests
arriving on that day
- Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50%
of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at
full nightly rate
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:
Low Season: 2-NIGHTS
High Season: 3-NIGHTS and 5-NIGHTS for dates between Dec 25 - Jan 10
ACCOMMODATION RATES IS PER VILLA OR USE AS PER BEDROOM BOOKING (NOT PER PERSON), PER NIGHT AND INCLUSIVE OF:
- Daily breakfast preparation, housekeeping service and ground maintenance
- Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and
transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in
private air-conditioned car
- Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at
the villa
- Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
- Shopping groceries for in-villa lunch and dinner
arrangement
- In-villa daily choice breakfast (max. 2 breakfast per room)
- Free unlimited use of broadband Internet access
from your own villa – personal laptop with broadband
enable is required
- Serviced daily including housekeeping, ground
maintenance, and restaurant order for lunch or
dinner
NOTE:
- A private chef service can be arranged at the
expense of the guest.
- Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone
bill and other optional extras are at guest's
account.
- Additional Airport transfers can be arranged at
additional US$ 25 one-way (maximum 5 passengers
including luggage.
- Latest model 6-seater air-conditioned car with
personal English speaking driver is available for an
extra US$ 55 per day – ALL IN.
