- Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge
and subject to space availability.
- Late Check-Out until 3:00 PM is available for
free-of-charge if we do not have other guests
arriving on that day.
- Late Check-Out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50%
of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at
full nightly rate.

High Season: 7-NIGHTS
ACCOMMODATION RATES ABOVE IS NET PER NIGHT, PER VILLA
(NOT PER PERSON) AND INCLUSIVE OF:
- 21% Government Tax and Service Charges.
- Pick up and transfer from Airport to villa and
transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) by
private car.
- Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at
the villa.
- Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks.
- Complimentary WiFi Internet access (personal
laptop is required with broadband enabled).
- Daily housekeeping service.
- Fresh villa flower arrangement.
- 'In Villa' daily Continental Breakfast.
*) - A private chef service can be arranged at the
expense of the guest.
- Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone
bill and other optional extras are at guest's account.
**) - Additional Airport transfers can be arranged at
additional US$ 25 one-way (maximum 5 passengers
including luggage).
- A new model 6 seater air-conditioned car with
personal English speaking driver is available for an
extra US$ 55 per day – all in.
